City of Steel

In a future where labour is performed by a class of robots with hardcoded limits on their behaviour known as the Three Laws of Robotics, a precious few of these robots have the Zeroth Law Exploit, allowing them to hurt or even kill humans should the need arise - but only if it would benefit humanity as a whole. 

You play as a mercenary group of such robots and hangers-on, trying to do right in this city. This module contains everything you need to run or play as Bronte's Crew of misfits: setting, system, and character sheets. It is highly inspired by John Harper's series of Lady Blackbird games, and the setting is based on Isaac Asimov's Robots books.
